Monthly Archives: September 2010 With the arrival of autumn, we were inspired to search for rustic-inspired accents: warm earth tones and materials of burlap and wood. We came up with a list that could have gone on forever, but we’ve narrowed it down to some of our favorites. Enjoy!  Sara’s Gracious Goodies offers several packages that include local New York vendors like Tate’s Bakery, North Fork Potato Chips, & Hampton Popcorn Co., to name a few. Any of these goodies can be placed together for hotel packages, wedding or party favors or gifts.  Once again, Heidi Lauber and Christina Bohn are opening their fabulous studios to both brides and wedding professionals, where they can mingle over wine and delicious food!  The option to have a ring bearer, flower girl or younger guests at a wedding is often debated, since tailoring your event is sometimes necessary to keep the little guys entertained (certainly no easy task!). Children at weddings can lighten the mood, whether they are struck with stage fright going down the aisle or surprise everyone by breaking it down on the dance floor.  We are in love with this beautiful series of photos of Ali and her horses. Ali was married at her parent’s home on July 10, 2010, but put her wedding gown on one more time (along with her riding boots!) so photographer Christina Bohn could snap these gorgeous shots!
