{catering} a twist on wedding fare

Departing a wedding with an ice cream in hand, delivered by a 1960’s Good Humor truck can promise to be unforgettable experience.  Even the typical cocktail hour or dinner menu can be tailored for guests to enjoy a slice from a wood burning oven on wheels.  Food trucks have become all-the-rage across the country and Long Island is no exception.  Here are four companies that have not only introduced unique, fun ways to deliver their fantastic fare or beverages, but have also created the perfect memorable moment for a non-traditional twist on wedding food and parting gifts.
